The main issue with /e/ is do you personify her as a cocktease or just a giddy girl who flaunts around without thinking?
While she would be first and foremost after /m/, I don't see reason why she isn't 'guy crazy' in general. Not in the way /d/, /h/ or /s/ would be , but more of a hopeless romantic.
My take: She'd bounce around, constantly blushing at every little thing, becoming flustered which leads to her constant accidents (which always end up being more lewd looking, which leads to more fluster, and so on in some sort of vicious cycle.)
/e/ is a walking panty shot. Full fanservice, but should also represent the other side of fanservice, the reaction shot. She gets flustered and nosebleeds over seeing the males (and possibly some females) in akward situations.
Possibly should wear a chastity belt straight out of Robin Hood: Men in Tights.
